Why not drop your breaker in so our engineers can do a visual inspection of your breaker? The tool will be removed to check the piston strike face, check the bushings and look for oil. If we deem your hammer not viable to service/repair we will contact you with a diagnosis before any more work is undertaken.
A rammer S25. A customer asked RAW to do a quote with an inspection. We removed the side plates and found the pads positioning the hammer in the plates were rotten. We then removed the chisel to find the hammer was leaking oil and the top bush was well worn. Take a look at the pictures below:
